What is it?
Metafit is a new exciting twist on circuit-style training.
Created by a former Royal Marine Commando, Metafit(™) combines the latest HIIT training techniques with traditional ‘Old school’ bodyweight exercises to set the metabolism on fire!
The Metafit™ is the original 30 minute, non choreographed, bodyweight only HIIT workout. Metafit™ can be used as a group studio class, Bootcamp or a one to one training session, Its tough, and not advisable for those new to exercise, that’s why it gets results!
Metafit is NOT A HOME WORKOUT OR AVAILABLE ON DVD, IT IS A CLASS TAUGHT LIVE BY QUALIFIED COACHES.
Why is it good for me
It’s a carefully designed blast of high intensity exercise, designed to obliterate calories and create lean and functionally strong bodies in quick time and should be an activity that you build up to.
