About This Girl Can Liverpool

This Girl Can is a national campaign developed by Sport England and a wide range of partnership organisations with real women at the heart of it. It’s a celebration of active women up and down the country who are doing their thing no matter if you’re rubbish or an expert.

Women come in all shapes and sizes and all levels of ability.The point is you’re doing something no matter how you look or even how red your face gets, aiming to prove women don’t have to worry about how they look when they’re exercising, liberating women from the fear of judgement that hold them back.

It’s had a phenomenal response across all media platforms and has resonated with all women. Women are more inspired by real women; it makes things feel more achievable.

So now it’s Liverpool’s turn to show that there really is something for everyone to get involved in and enjoy.
